At éS Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase; if your gear isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Place your unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected inside a separate shipping box.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
